Ian Hargest, more commonly known as 'Arge', has 20 years experience as a Sound Designer and Dubbing Mixer. Specialising in Commercials and also extensive work on TV promos, Trailers and Channel Branding.

Experienced at mixing Dolby Digital for the Cinema.

s well as 5.1 for TV and radio commercials.

Plus music composition for commercials and channel branding.

Awards include D&AD, Creative Circle, British Arrows, Aerial Awards, Promax and Music and Sound Awards.
Many for specific works of Sound Design. More recently these include a Music and Sound Award Best Sound in a Trailer or Promo for E4 Skins and a D&AD Best Use of Sound Design award for Oral B "Bleeping Christmas". Plus Promax Gold Best use of Sound Design award for ITV Sport.
